ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries

The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in metropolitan France, the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and internationally.

Products in stock are dispatched within 2 working days; products available to order are dispatched within the lead time shown on their product page. The carrier's transit time is added (24 to 72 hours in metropolitan France depending on the delivery method chosen). Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering on the website.

Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or if one or more Products are unavailable, the Products ordered will be delivered in a single shipment.

If the Products ordered have not been delivered within 5 days of the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's own actions, the sale may be cancelled at the Customer's written request under the conditions provided for in Articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be refunded no later than fourteen days after the date of termination of the contract, without any compensation or deduction.

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier to the address given by the Customer when ordering, which the carrier must be able to access easily.

Where the Customer has arranged for a carrier of their own choice, delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the Products ordered are handed over by the Seller to the carrier, who has accepted them without reservation. The Customer therefore acknowledges that it is the carrier's responsibility to make the delivery and that they have no warranty claim against the Seller in the event of non-delivery of the goods transported.

The Customer must check the condition of the products delivered. They have 14 days from delivery to make any claims by email, accompanied by all relevant supporting documents (photos). After this period, and failing compliance with these formalities, the Products will be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defect, and no claim can be validly accepted by the Seller.

The Seller will refund or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, any Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and those set out in these GTCS.

The transfer of the risks of loss and damage relating to the Products shall only take place when the Customer takes physical possession of them. The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk, except where the Customer has chosen the carrier themselves.

ARTICLE 6 - Transfer of ownership

Ownership of the Products shall only be transferred from the Seller to the Customer after full payment of the price by the Customer, regardless of the delivery date of the said Products.

ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or bear any costs other than the cost of returning the goods. For contracts providing for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, this period runs from receipt of the first item.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised online, using the withdrawal form attached and also available on the website, or by any other unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw, in particular by letter sent to the Seller at the postal address or email address indicated in ARTICLE 1 of the GTCS.

Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be resold as new, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions set out in this article.
