Secure payment
All payments are encrypted (SSL) and processed by approved payment providers: your card details never pass through our servers and are not stored on our website.
Accepted payment methods
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire) and Apple Pay, via Stripe, with 3D Secure authentication.
- PayPal, including interest-free payment in 4 instalments (subject to approval by PayPal).
- Bank transfer: your order is prepared as soon as the transfer is received.
Businesses
Businesses established in another European Union country: enter your intra-community VAT number when ordering to be invoiced excluding VAT (number checked against the European Commission's VIES service).
Invoice
Your invoice is available in your customer account, under “Order history and details”.
